You can do your part to "Mow Down Pollution" in the Midlands by participating in the third annual Central Midlands Lawn Mower Exchange!

Residents of Richland and Lexington counties are invited to trade in their gasoline-powered mowers for a deep discount on the purchase of a new, energy-efficient, cordless electric mower from Neuton. The exchange will take place on April 18, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the University of South Carolina/Coliseum Parking Lot (Blossom and Park Streets).

The Neuton electric mower is America’s #1 selling battery-powered mower. The CE 5.2 (14" blade) normally retails for $399.00 and the CE 6.2 (19" blade) for $499.

During this special event, residents can purchase a Neuton electric mower for as little as $199!

Offer #1:

Trade in your gasoline-powered mower and receive a coupon for $75 to purchase your choice of a Neuton electric mower on-site. With the coupon, the Neuton CE 5. 2 (14" blade) will cost $199 (plus tax) and the Neuton CE 6.2 (19" blade) will cost $299 (plus tax). This offer will be limited to the first 150 residents of Richland and Lexington Counties to trade in a gasoline-powered mower on the day of the event. This offer is also limited to one per household.

Neuton has offered a special price of $274 for the CE 5.2 model (14” blade) and $374 for the CE 6.2 (19” blade) regardless of whether you have a trade or not. Participants will receive a special coupon code to purchase a Neuton mower online or by phone. Your mower will be shipped directly to your home at no additional charge.
